Nothing is happening on the screen; it's just a city square and people walking by, living normal lives, but the sounds you hear prove that their lives are no longer normal anymore. This CCTV view looks almost like a prison cell view—the same angle, the same grays, the same grainy texture, and the same figures in the lower part of the frame.
